Weather

All photo shoots are weather permitting. Appointments may be rescheduled at the discretion of the photographer for reasons including, but not limited to, extreme heat or cold, rain, snow, ice or excessive wind.

Gallery Images

All images presented in your gallery are final images. No additional editing, color conversions or revisions will be made. All photographs remain the property of the photographer. Copyright and license agreements apply.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of the photo shoot and is non-refundable. Payment is for the session time and post-shoot editing only. Prints, digital files and other products are not included and may be purchased separately. Restorations are billed as download purchases in the client's restoration gallery chopping cart. Purchases are subject to New Jersey state sales tax.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your appointment, kindly do so with 48 hours notice so that the photographer may book that time with another client. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
